Matchwinner has only ever held customer data for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders.  In addition we offer the additional option to explicitly opt in to receive Marketing and promotional emails for Matchwinner goods and services.  This may be withdrawn by you the customer at any time by notifiying us that you no longer wish to receive these promotions.

We will by default keep your marketing information for a period of 15 years, we believe this to be proportionate to the services we provide.  We make the reasonable assumption that you may be purchasing footballing related goods for yourself for a career in football or for a young child until they reach adulthood and believe this time period is a reflection of both situations.
