Matchwinner - Recommended Care Instructions


SHIRTS, TRACKSUITS, SWEATSHIRTS, T-SHIRTS, SHORTS & SOCKS

All garments that have been custom printed must be washed inside out and washed at no more than 30oregardless of the washing instructions of the garment.

Careful adherance to the garment instructions will minmise likelihood of staining.

  • Avoid leaving kit folded or bundled together whilst damp or soiled after use.
  • Garment may discolour due to staining by substances such as mud, grass, petroleum jelly which may not entirely be removed by washing.
  • Soaking garments in luke warm water and detergent (approx 2 hours) as soon as possible after use can reduce discolouration.
  • The use of pre-wash soakers will assist in the removal of stains, particularly with white kits.
  • Use at least an equal amount of water by volume to that of the garment being soaked or washed.
  • Utilise the pre-wash programme on automatic washing machines.
  • Do not overload the washing machine.
  • Wash dark colours separately in low temperatures no more than 30oc
  • Rinse thorougly, hang to dry, cold iron.
  • Do not bleach or use aggresive agents' i.e. fabric conditioners/softener, do not iron custom printing.

RAIN JACKETS, WATERPROOFED GARMENTS


PLEASE NOTE THAT RAIN JACKETS THAT HAVE BEEN CUSTOM PRINTED MUST ONLY BE HAND WASHED AT A COLD TEMPERATURE.

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth, or cold wash, turning garment inside out.
  • Do not bleach
  • Do no tumble dry.
  • Do not iron motifs.
  • Do not fold damp.

DO NOT USE FABRIC CONDITIONER OR DETERGENT ON GARMENTS

Matchwinner will not take responsibility for damage to supplied garments/custom printing if the above instructions are no adhered to.  If in doubt contact our experienced staff for further confirmation.

Stock Levels  & Items Ordered

Matchwinner carries limited stock of all brands – Orders are accepted subject to our suppliers stock levels.

Stock levels are guidelines only of our suppliers stock levels and are always subject to stock availability / delivery from our suppliers.

If there are any stock issues with any items placed on your order we aim to contact you within 72 hours.

Delays on orders may occur from time to time, which are out of our control.  All products listed on the website are expected to be available from the supplier but cannot be guaranteed.

As such all products are listed as an invitation to treat only and will not form a legal contract of sale until after confirmation of receipt of order and stock availability.

We accept no responsibility for any delays that occur. We will not be liable for compensation for any reason whatsoever.

We will always endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and deliver most orders within 10 working days of your order.

If you have a required date for your order please send us an email to info@matchwinner.co.uk once you have placed your order and we will confirm whether this can be met.

We recommend that if you are in any doubt on stock levels or require the items before a certain date – you contact us on 01204-395533 to speak to one of our staff who will check live stock levels with suppliers prior to you making your order.
