To ensure that all orders are received promptly and in excellent condition, all goods dispatched are sent to your address by specialist carriers at a cost of £6.50 for orders below £50 and £9.50 for all orders above £50. We also offer a collect in store option which is free. Collect in store orders can be collected from our Retail Unit (Matchwinner, Montgomery House, Bolton, BL1 2AX). Although we aim to despatch orders within 7 - 10 working days of receipt, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of orders that require Sponsor / Number printing & Embroidery.
Please do not request deliveries to be left in unsecured areas, as Matchwinner cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost in this way. We are happy to request couriers to leave parcels with neighbours or in secure places.
Due to increased courier costs all orders to Northern Ireland will be charged £14.99
During pre-season you made experience delays due to heavy demand on our services, however you will be informed of any delays due to stock or processing difficulties.
Please be aware that currently from point of order anything that requires personalisation with badges, names, numbers etc.. is currently taking 6 weeks for processing due to very high demand.
All processing staff are back in full time and we are working through orders as fast as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

Note: Orders placed through this site are for delivery to UK mainland only. We do not currently deliver outside the UK including Jersey & Guernsey
Stock Levels & Items Ordered
Matchwinner carries limited stock of all brands – Orders are accepted subject to our suppliers stock levels. Stock levels are guidelines only of our suppliers stock levels and are always subject to stock availability / delivery from our suppliers. If there are any stock issues with any items placed on your order we aim to contact within 72 hours.
Delays on orders may occur from time to time, which are out of our control.
We accept no responsibility for any delays that occur. We will not be liable for compensation for any reason whatsoever.
We will always endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and deliver most orders within 10 working days of your order, however if you have a required date for your order please send us an email to email@example.com once you have placed your order and we will confirm whether this can be met.
We recommend that if you are in any doubt on stock levels or require the items before are certain date – you contact us on 01204-395533 to speak to one of our staff who will check live stock levels with suppliers prior to you making your order.
Any items that have been personalised or customised with names, numbers, badges, engravings etc.. can not be returned for a refund or exchange unless due to an error made by Matchwinner or manufacturing defect.
This is because once customised the products can no longer be resold or returned to the manufacturers.
For other items we will happily exchange for a different size or colour but the buyer will be responsible for any additional postage costs. Orders can be returned for free to our retail store at Montgomery House, Bark Street, Bolton, BL1 2AX to avoid postage costs.
