Free Sample Service

To ensure your choice is the right one simply order any samples by phone, fax, or letter giving full credit card details. We will only charge your account for goods not returned within 7 days.

Numbering

We can adhere durable heat transfer numbers to kits. Full details are available when ordering.

Note: We do not print number 13 unless requested. Goal keeper shirts will be printed automatically with number 1 on all kit orders at no charge.

Printing Services

Should you require your sponsor's logo / name to be reproduced on any part of your select teamwear, our in house Printing Systems are capable of producing Highly Durable Performance Transfers.

Print area: Shirt Frontage = Max 32 Square inchs (FA Regulation) Full details are available when ordering.

You can up-load Artwork as JPEG / BITMAP PC format at the end of the order process or send these items to info@matchwinner.co.uk

Matchwinner will contact you regarding any artwork requirements.

Note: Poor quality artwork will not be accepted.

Players / Club Names

Why not personalise your shirt (Above the number) or teamwear garment with your name or club name. Full details available at time of ordering.

Note: We do not recommend first names appear on any garment (Child Protection)

Standard Club/Embroidery Badges:

We can alter our standard club badges to suit your club name as demonstrated in designs 01-04.

Simply pick a badge type and add any required badge text. Alternatively you may require a customised embroidered design. Full details are available when ordering.

Matchwinner will contact you regarding any artwork required.

We do not accept any third-party embroidery discs, all designs must be submitted & digitised. A copy of the disc will be given to you on completion of order.
(Lead time 2-3 weeks from submitting artwork & initial order. )

Refund Policy

Printed / Embroidered garments cannot be exchanged/returned. Please ensure you supply correct, coherent details and garments sizes where required. Take advantage of our FREE sampling service if you are unsure on sizes before confirming your order.

If you have not taken advantage of our printing services you can return your garments in their original packaging within 7 days for a full refund, minus the postage costs.

Delivery and payment

To ensure that all orders are received promptly and in excellent condition, all goods dispatched are sent to your address by specialist carriers at a cost of £7.99 up to £200, £9.99 above £200.

Because of continuous product development, products may differ slightly from those illustrated. Please also note that all pricing will comply with our terms and conditions of sale which are available upon request.

Materials

Because team sports are played both indoor and outdoor the choice of materials will depend on these differing conditions. The correct choice of material will keep the body temperature constant by holding in body heat and transporting the body fluid out, this will lead to optimal performance.

The selected material uses can vary from heavy training to travel, leisure or promotional uses. All materials used are functional and the composition leads to optimal wearing comfort.

General Care Tips

All kits for sale on this site are manufactured from top quality materials that have satisfied strict tests to ensure long term washability and durability. If properly cared for they will give many years of service. To keep your kit as smart as the day you bought it just follow our basic rules of the game, and there's no complicated offside rule!

• You may love the football field but your washing machine doesn't! Remove as much excess mud as you can and wash as soon as possible, not on the morning of the big game.
• Playing the game with passion can lead to those stubborn fabric stains, use a pre-wash if necessary.
• Just like City and United, don't put light and dark garments together in the same wash.
• Follow all recommended washing temperatures.
• Do not over load the washing machine, keep that for the oppositions goal.
• Do not tumble dry hot.
• Never iron printed motifs.
• To avoid dye transfer, never leave damp garments piled high, unless you've swapped shirts with the other team!
